About Department
The Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) department at Bishnupur Public Institute of Engineering – B.Tech is proposed as part of the B.Tech programs, subject to approval from the concerned authorities. The department is being established to build a foundation in computing, programming, and modern technologies, with a focus on analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills. The curriculum will include areas such as programming, data structures, software development, artificial intelligence, and data science, with emphasis on both theoretical concepts and practical exposure. The institute has developed basic computer systems and classroom facilities to support foundational learning.
