About Department

The Artificial Intelligence department at Bishnupur Public Institute of Engineering – B.Tech is proposed as part of the B.Tech programs, subject to approval from the concerned authorities. The department is being designed to build a foundation in intelligent systems, machine learning, and modern computing technologies, with a focus on analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills. The curriculum will include key areas such as machine learning, data science, artificial intelligence, and intelligent systems, with emphasis on practical exposure and application-based learning. Infrastructure and computing facilities are being developed to support learning. Detailed information regarding faculty, laboratories, and curriculum will be updated after approval. Basic computer systems and software resources are available to support initial practical learning and programming activities.
